TalentSphere Staffing Solutions Inc. in Austin, TX seeks an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to lead projects, supervise crews, and drive on-time, profitable completions.

You’ll coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules while maintaining safety and quality standards. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in commercial roofing project management, with knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, and other low-slope systems, plus strong reading of drawings and cost control.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial roofing project management experience required.
• Strong knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen and other low-slope systems.
• Experience coordinating crews, materials, and schedules on active projects.
• Ability to read construction drawings and documents.
• Understanding of estimating, change orders, and project profitability.
• Strong communication and leadership with customers and field teams.
• Valid driver's license required.

Are you an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager who knows how to run projects, lead crews, and keep jobs moving without someone looking over your shoulder?

We're partnering with an established, well-respected roofing contractor in Austin that's looking for a strong Commercial Roofing Project Manager to join its growing team.

This is an opportunity for someone who understands commercial roofing from the field through project completion. You'll have the responsibility to manage your projects, make decisions, build relationships, and work alongside an experienced team that takes pride in delivering quality work.

We're looking for someone who knows roofing, takes ownership, communicates well, and understands what it takes to deliver a profitable project.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage commercial roofing projects from startup through completion, ensuring quality, scheduling, budgets, and customer expectations are met.
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and project schedules.
• Work closely with superintendents, customers, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects moving.
• Review plans, specifications, and project requirements to identify potential issues before they become costly problems.
• Manage material ordering, deliveries, job progress, and change orders.
• Monitor project costs, productivity, and overall profitability.
• Troubleshoot field challenges and make practical decisions to keep projects on track.
• Build strong relationships with customers while maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial roofing project management experience is required
• Strong working knowledge of commercial roofing systems, including TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, and other low‑slope applications.
• Experience coordinating roofing crews, materials, schedules, and multiple moving parts on active projects.
• Ability to read construction drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Understanding of estimating, change orders, project costs, and job profitability.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the confidence to work directly with customers and field teams.
• A proactive, hands‑on approach to solving problems and getting the job done.
• Valid driver's license.

We're particularly interested in speaking with Project Managers who started in the field and worked their way into management.

That practical roofing knowledge, combined with strong project management skills, is highly valued.
