TalentSphere Staffing Solutions Inc. seeks a Commercial Roofing Project Manager to lead roofing projects in Lubbock, Texas.

You will own projects from award through completion, manage budgets, crews, and schedules, and coordinate with general contractors to ensure safe, profitable outcomes. The ideal candidate has proven commercial roofing project management experience and strong knowledge of roofing systems such as TPO, PVC, EPDM, and modified bitumen.

• Proven commercial roofing project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, and other commercial roofing systems.
• Experience managing field crews, schedules, and budgets.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, GCs, and operations teams.
• Strong organizational skills, accountability, and problem-solving ability.
• Team-oriented with good collaboration across offices and field teams.
