Tiello LLC is partnering with a respected Commercial Roofing & Construction Contractor to recruit a National Project Manager to oversee large-scale roofing and exterior projects across the United States, from pre-construction through closeout.

This role demands leadership across branches and field teams, with strong client and subcontractor relations and the ability to travel nationwide to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Commercial Roofing Project Management experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple roofing projects concurrently.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, construction processes, and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial roofing projects across the United States from award through completion.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, quality, safety, subcontractors, and overall performance.
• Coordinate with Operations, Branch Managers, Superintendents, Project Coordinators, and Field Teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, manufacturers, and subcontractors.
• Review contracts, scopes of work, budgets, schedules, and change orders.
• Identify risks early and develop solutions to stay on schedule and budget.
• Travel to project sites as needed to support field operations and milestones.
• Help establish and improve processes as the company expands nationally.

Compensation:$110,000–120,000

Bonus: Performance bonus 10%-20% per year

Job Title: National Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple commercial roofing projects across the United States from award through completion.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, quality, safety, subcontractors, and overall project performance.
• Coordinate with Operations, Branch Managers, Superintendents, Project Coordinators, and Field Teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, manufacturers, and subcontractors throughout each project.
• Review project contracts, scopes of work, budgets, schedules, and change orders.
• Identify project risks early and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Travel to project sites as needed to support field operations, client meetings, and project milestones.
• Help establish and improve operational processes and best practices as the company continues its national expansion.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of Commercial Roofing Project Management experience.
• Proven experience managing multiple commercial roofing projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.
• Ability to travel nationally as project needs require.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
