The ideal candidate has proven commercial roofing project management experience and strong knowledge of roofing systems such as TPO, PVC, EPDM, and modified bitumen.

Qualifications

• Proven commercial roofing project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, and other commercial roofing systems.
• Experience managing field crews, schedules, and budgets.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, GCs, and operations teams.
• Strong organizational skills, accountability, and problem-solving ability.
• Team-oriented with good collaboration across offices and field teams.
