Job summary
Klaus Roofing Systems by Carolina Energy Conservation is expanding its Myrtle Beach service area and seeks a motivated roofing-sales/service professional. You will handle leads, perform on-site inspections, present tailored roof solutions, and guide homeowners through financing and installations across Myrtle Beach, Conway, Little River, Charleston and nearby areas.
The ideal candidate has roofing or home-improvement sales experience, strong communication, and willingness to perform inspection
Qualifications
- Experience in roofing, roof sales, home improvement, home inspections, or related construction/trade background.
- Ability to explain technical roofing solutions clearly, build trust, and close deals ethically.
- Comfort with physical work and climbing roofs, inspections, and using technology for estimates and follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Respond to leads and referrals for roofing services (repairs, replacements, new installations, inspections).
- Conduct on-site roof inspections to assess damage and suitability for repair vs. replacement.
- Present tailored roof solutions backed by Klaus Roofing Systems standards.
- Explain benefits and financing or grant options to homeowners.
- Coordinate with homeowners and project teams to ensure smooth handoff from sale to installation or repair.
- Assist or inspect work as needed to ensure quality.
