The ideal candidate will have in-home or on-site sales skills, strong communication, and a willingness to perform physical work. Experience with insurance claims and financing options is valuable.

Qualifications

• Experience in roofing sales or home improvement required.
• Ability to inspect roofs and assess repairs vs replacement.
• Strong in-home or on-site sales and communication.
• Comfort with physical work and working at height.
• Knowledge of financing or insurance claims processes encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Respond to company-provided leads and referrals for roofing services (repairs, replacements, inspections).
• Conduct on-site roof inspections to assess damage, wear, age, and suitability for repair vs replacement.
• Present tailored roof solutions including high-performance roof systems and full-system installs.
• Explain benefits (durability, warranties) and guide homeowners through financing or grant options.
• Manage follow-up, scheduling, and communication with the project team for smooth transitions.
• Occasionally assist or inspect work during or after completion to ensure quality compliance.
