- Commercial roofing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Architect the company’s entire sales process.
- Implement forecasting discipline and pipeline visibility.
- Protect gross margin through bid qualification.
- Oversee external marketing strategy.
- Align Sales with Estimating and Operations.
- Develop compensation structures tied to gross profit and EBITDA.
