Holland Roofing Services is seeking a Commercial Roofing Service General Manager to lead and grow our regional operation in the Dallas area. This field role requires building revenue, expanding customer relationships, and driving exceptional service and profitability across job sites.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of leadership experience in related industries, a proven ability to manage budgets and KPIs, and a track record of developing high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in operations, sales, business development, branch management, or profit center management.
• Proven success driving revenue growth and managing business performance.
• Experience managing budgets, financial goals, and key performance indicators.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate teams, solve problems, and drive results.
• Experience in service-based, construction, industrial, manufacturing, distribution, facility services, or related industries is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by developing new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Lead and coach a team focused on delivering exceptional service and operational excellence.
• Own the financial performance of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, profitability, and strategic planning.
