Responsabilidades

• Develop and grow the commercial roofing service business through prospecting and relationship building.
• Schedule, dispatch, and coordinate technicians, materials, and equipment.
• Prepare scopes, estimates, pricing, and proposals for service work.
• Lead customer meetings and inspections, and close profitable service work.
• Monitor safety, quality, and profitability of service projects.
• Train and develop service technicians and recruit future staff.
• Maintain accurate service records and customer communications.
