Job summary

Hi-Peak Staffing seeks a Commercial Roofing Sales Estimator to join a Denver-area contractor. The role focuses on accurate estimates for commercial roofing projects, with an emphasis on new construction and re-roofing, while building relationships with general contractors and property owners.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in commercial roofing estimating or sales, proficient reading of drawings, and the ability to manage bids, budgets, and a robust pipeline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial roofing estimating and/or sales experience preferred.
• Strong experience with commercial roofing new construction and re-roofing projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Experience estimating large-scale, complex commercial roofing projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed estimates and competitive proposals for commercial roofing new construction and re-roofing projects.
• Review architectural drawings, specifications, bid documents, and project requirements.
• Perform material takeoffs, labor calculations, and cost analyses to develop accurate project budgets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with general contractors, developers, and commercial property owners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct site visits, evaluate existing roof conditions, and recommend appropriate roofing solutions.
• Prepare and present bids, negotiate pricing, and assist in securing awarded contracts.
• Collaborate with project managers, operations teams, vendors, and manufacturers to ensure successful project execution.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and follow up on outstanding bids and opportunities.
