Job summary

Executive Roofing Systems is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Estimator to own the estimating process from takeoff through proposal development, bid submission, and handoff to Production. You will review drawings, communicate with Sales, and develop complete, accurate estimates for commercial roof projects.

We value owners who anticipate scope gaps, understand roofing details, and collaborate with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and successful project execution.

Qualifications

3–5+ years in commercial roofing estimating.
Strong knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, BUR, coatings, metal).
Experience with takeoffs, bid development, and vendor pricing.

Responsibilities

Review drawings, specs, site conditions and project requirements.
Complete accurate material and labor takeoffs for roofing projects.
Develop complete project estimates including labor, materials, equipment and subcontractors.
Identify scope gaps and risks affecting pricing or execution.
Own the handoff of awarded projects to Production.
Collaborate with Sales team throughout estimating process.
