GPAC is seeking a Commercial Roofing Branch Manager in South Dakota to lead operations, growth, and profitability for the branch. You will own the P&L, supervise estimating, service and production, and drive strategic initiatives with executive support.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in commercial roofing, strong leadership, CRM skills, and a track record of building high-performance teams while delivering on-time, on-budget projects.

Your Role as Commercial Roofing Branch Manager:

• Oversee all branch operations-production, service, estimating, and sales
• Lead and grow a team through coaching, accountability, and execution
• Own the branch P&L, drive profitability, and execute strategic plans
• Collaborate directly with company leadership on vision and expansion
• Ensure project excellence-on time, on budget, and above expectations
• Build and maintain strong vendor, client, and subcontractor relationships

What You Bring to the Table:

• 10+ years in commercial roofing with a focus on operations and leadership
• Proven experience managing estimating, service, and production teams
• Expertise in TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, Modified Bitumen, Coatings, and Metal systems
• Solid P&L and business management background
• Strong leadership presence-hands-on, approachable, and results-driven
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfort with CRM, project management tools, and spreadsheets
