Job summary

GPAC seeks a Commercial Roofing Operations Manager to launch and run a brand-new Dallas–Fort Worth branch. This role provides P&L ownership, the authority to hire and develop your own team, and the chance to set growth standards for a proven roofing contractor.

You will lead operations, safety, scheduling, budgets, and client satisfaction, drawing on 10+ years in commercial roofing and deep knowledge of TPO, PVC, BUR, metal, and single-ply systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial roofing (new construction and re-roofing).
• Leadership experience running operations, ideally as a Commercial Roofing Operations Manager or similar.
• Strong financial acumen—full P&L responsibility and profitability focus.
• Hands-on leader who can manage people, projects, and clients simultaneously.
• Safety-first mindset and deep knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, PVC, BUR, metal, single-ply).
