Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in roofing, construction, home services, or related field.
• Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and P&L performance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to recruit, coach, and develop high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide full operational leadership for the branch, ensuring disciplined execution across sales, production, service, and administrative functions.
• Recruit, lead, coach, and develop sales representatives, project managers, and office personnel to achieve objectives.
• Drive revenue growth by strengthening pipeline discipline and market-specific strategies.
• Oversee production planning, scheduling, quality assurance, and project delivery timelines.
• Manage branch financial performance, including budgets and profitability targets.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Resolve escalated customer, warranty, and operational issues professionally.
• Monitor KPIs, sales metrics, and branch productivity; report findings.
• Champion safety and regulatory compliance across branch activities.
