Qualifications

• Acts as the face of the company and leads communication with prospects and clients.
• Negotiates contracts, approves scope of work, presents, and closes agreements to maximize profits.
• Estimates costs of minor repairs, roof-overs, roof replacements, and new roofs for clients.
• Closes new business by coordinating requirements, developing contracts, and integrating requirements.
• Collaborates with Business Development to drive service revenues and profitability.
• Gathers and organizes account information, inputting on customer opportunities and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Attends and participates in hand-off meetings with project and division managers.
• Assists estimating and business development by providing accurate proposal data.
• Participates in creating effective and high-growth strategies for new customer acquisition.
• Develops planning to maximize productivity of workforce, materials, and equipment.
• Coordinates and leads post-project client meetings discussing closures, maintenance plans, and warranties.
