Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Commercial Roofing, Service dept.
• Strong management, delegation, planning and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong, positive relationships.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to grow the business.
• Experience in using MS Office and Bluebeam/AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and prospects.
• Grow and lead the Roofing Service business within the branch.
• Manage and mentor the Service Team in the branch.
• Communicate Flynn Service opportunities to existing customers and quotes.
• Schedule, align, and manage field crews; dispatch calls with required job info.
• Monitor service inventory; ensure safety, quality and training through site visits.
• Attend industry events and client meetings; promote Flynn’s brand and services.
