Job summary

The Baldwin Group in Irvine, CA is seeking an Associate Advisor, Commercial Risk within Insurance Advisory Solutions. The role focuses on learning the firm’s risk management value proposition while supporting client needs and growth of a personal book of business.

You will train through an in-depth program, gain exposure to existing clients, and be mentored by experienced Advisors as you develop technical and sales capabilities in insurance products and services.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain a 2-15 or 2-20 state insurance license within the required timeframe.
• Be willing to obtain all required licenses within the first 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Grow your own book of business through generating, prospecting, soliciting and closing new accounts.
• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through analysis and discovery.
• Participate in sales meetings to review activities with leadership.
• Develop knowledge of insurance line products and procedures and present proposals professionally.
