Associate Advisor – responsible for growing and managing a book of commercial insurance business through comprehensive training and client engagement.

Position Summary

The Associate Advisor will gain knowledge of commercial insurance to develop technical and sales expertise. The role includes an in‑depth training program and mentorship from experienced Advisors. The individual will learn the firm’s insurance and risk management value proposition to support clients’ needs and passions.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Grow your own book of business by generating, prospecting, soliciting, and closing new accounts, and beginning to retain clients.

  • Participate in sales meetings to review sales activities and prospective customers with leadership.

Education & Experience
  • Obtain and maintain a Property & Casualty insurance license, as required by the State Department of Insurance, or be willing and able to obtain all required licenses within the first 90 days of employment.
  • The starting pay is $80,000+ annually; salary is negotiable upon time of hire.
