You will generate new business, renew existing accounts, and collaborate with a service team to ensure a seamless client journey. A license and strong communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
• Strong sales and relationship-building abilities are essential for success.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and events.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business while managing and renewing existing client accounts.
• Meet with clients to understand insurance needs and propose coverage solutions.
• Present proposals clearly so clients understand options.
• Close new business and collect applications and documents.
• Collaborate with service team for a seamless post-sale experience.
• Develop new opportunities via networking, referrals, and events.
• Build relationships with carrier partners and local influencers.
• Stay current on products, underwriting guidelines and trends.
• Maintain accurate client records following agency procedures.
• Meet or exceed monthly new business targets.
• Represent the agency professionally in the community and with partners.
