The Baldwin Group seeks an Associate Client Manager in New Jersey to serve as a technical resource for clients, advisors, Insurance Company Partners and prospects while delivering prompt, high-quality service for designated accounts.

Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, risk identification, collaboration to meet service standards, data-entry oversight, client audits, and participation in special projects—emphasizing timeliness and issue escalation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates effective presentation skills through verbal and written communications.
• Exhibits excellent client service and problem-solving skills.
• Can comfortably work in a team environment.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and the ability to learn any other appropriate insurance company and firm software programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the maintenance of client relationships through customer service so clients achieve desired business outcomes via software and services.
• Identify and escalate risks in client accounts to senior colleague.
• Collaborate, communicate, and execute service to ensure service standards are met.
• Oversee system data entry and processing.
• Conduct client audits; record minutes from Client Success meetings; track technology issues related to Client Success; keep Operations informed of migrations and charges.
• Complete special projects as assigned.
• Seek opportunities to improve the firm, business segment and processes; bring issues to leadership.
• Maintain timeliness and completeness when interacting with clients to minimize errors.
• Assist colleagues as requested.
