Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience in commercial property, cleaning, restoration, or insurance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target commercial clients, educating them about SERVPRO advantages.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with commercial properties and potential clients.
• Increase brand awareness by participating in marketing events and CE classes.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and opportunities.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
• Achieve and exceed sales territory goals to grow revenue.
• Provide exceptional customer service with prompt responses to inquiries.
