The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining borrowing relationships. This position involves developing new and existing business through calling programs and cross-selling of Bank services. Key responsibilities include maintaining loan quality and generating fee income. The Relationship Manager approves loans within their authority and presents loans for approval at various committees. They also manage their current loan portfolio. This position reports to the Market President; an RM I can report to an RM II if designated by the Market President. The Market President may also determine a need for a manager of people role.
