Healthcare Relationship Manager – Los Angeles, CA

We’re partnering with a high-performing, community-focused financial institution that’s deeply embedded in the middle market lending space. They’re looking for an experienced Healthcare Relationship Manager to lead business development and relationship management efforts for healthcare clients nationwide, with a focus on senior debt solutions including cash-flow lending, asset-based, and real estate-backed financing.

This is a remote position based in Los Angeles, CA, designed for a driven originator who thrives in a fast-paced, deal-focused environment and values building long-term partnerships with sponsors, operators, and financial decision-makers in the healthcare industry.

  • Proven experience managing deal execution from origination through closing.
  • Existing relationships with private equity sponsors, healthcare operators, or intermediaries highly valued.
  • Excellent communication skills, business acumen, and ability to work cross-functionally.

Description:

  • Drive new business development by originating senior debt transactions focused on cash-flow lending (plus asset-based and real estate structures).
  • Build and sustain relationships with private equity sponsors, CFOs, operators, and banking partners.
  • Lead deal execution efforts including screening, credit structuring, analysis, and closing in collaboration with underwriting teams.
  • Present to credit committees and support full underwriting processes.
  • Attend industry events and maintain a robust client-facing travel schedule (~30%).
  • Support ongoing portfolio management of existing healthcare borrowers.
  • Collaborate with internal credit, legal, deposit, and treasury teams.
  • Cross-sell deposit, treasury, and interest rate protection products.
