Salary: $90k-120k

We are looking for a driven, knowledgeable, and growth-oriented telecom professional to join our team as a Carrier Relationship Manager! This individual will utilize their industry knowledge and experience to establish and nurture relationships with carriers and vendors to further develop our business.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and maintain business relationships with Internet Service Providers (ISP), IP Transit vendors, and Data Centre Operators.
  2. Proactively identify sourcing opportunities for data center, network services, and partnerships to meet network expansion needs, reduce costs, and leverage external suppliers and partners.
  3. Collaborate with the Network Leadership Team to define, develop, and execute an integrated strategy supporting the company's short and long-term goals.
  4. Manage network services procurement and ecosystem investments, including ongoing management of network operating costs.
  5. Create and implement procurement strategies for networking equipment and accessories, working with internal teams on future projects.
  6. Develop and present weekly and monthly P&L reports.
  7. Expand vendor channels for networking equipment and accessories, including due diligence and cost negotiations.
  8. Identify operational problems and resolve them promptly.
  9. Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
  10. Travel as needed to visit vendors.
  11. Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Experience in procurement, network interconnection strategy, network planning, or internet peering within telecom, data center, AI, or cloud industries.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  3. At least 4 years of relevant work experience.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Strong computer skills.
  6. Well-organized, detail-oriented, and responsible.
