Job summary

Smart Care Equipment Solutions is seeking a Service Technician to become a trusted advisor for commercial customers, delivering repairs and preventative service for cooking, refrigeration, warewashing, and related equipment.

You will work with restaurant and hospitality managers, read diagrams and schematics, and participate in an on-call rotation that may include nights and weekends, with occasional travel to customer sites. On-the-job training and career growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of technical experience with refrigeration, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, HVAC, or military service
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record
• Willingness to be involved with emergency on-call rotation including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Partner with restaurant and hospitality managers to offer comprehensive service solutions for commercial cooking, refrigeration, warewashing, and other equipment
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and ability to read diagrams and schematics
• Be available for on-call shifts and travel to customer sites as needed
