Job summary

Intersection Facility Services is seeking a Sales Manager in San Diego to own the full revenue cycle from prospecting to contract signing. You will build senior-level relationships, manage the sales pipeline, and close multi-property service agreements with commercial owners and PM firms in the area.

The role requires knowledge of the commercial real estate ecosystem, established connections with CBRE, Colliers, and Kidder Mathews, and the ability to scope a maintenance program for a portfolio

Qualifications

• +3 years sales experience in commercial real estate or related field.
• Proven ability to engage property managers, asset managers, facilities directors, and ownership groups.
• Experience selling facility services, property maintenance, or commercial contracting.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close new clients across three sales lanes: multi-property owners, regional PM firms, and sub-out partners.
• Manage full sales cycle from contact to signed MSA (Discover, Site Walks, Proposals).
• Maintain a robust pipeline in HubSpot CRM and forecast accurately.
• Represent Intersection Facility Services at industry events.
