This hybrid position offers the opportunity to support sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development projects, and commercial leasing matters.
The ideal candidate will have strong transactional experience, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple complex matters in a fast-paced environment.
Assist with commercial real estate transactions from contract through closing
Review and analyze purchase and sale agreements
Prepare and maintain closing checklists and transaction timelines
Review title commitments, surveys, zoning reports, and related due diligence materials
Draft title objection letters, estoppels, SNDAs, and closing documents
Coordinate commercial real estate closings with lenders, title companies, and outside parties
Review and abstract commercial leases
Support financing transactions and UCC filings
Maintain transaction documentation and electronic closing binders
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the transaction process
Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred
5+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience
Experience supporting acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and commercial leasing transactions
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 per year
