LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for a boutique law firm in Charlotte, NC. This role will support attorneys with commercial real estate transactions, due diligence, title review, entity formation, closing coordination, and post-closing administration.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a growing practice serving developers, investors, entrepreneurs, and private clients.

Qualifications

  • Paralegal certificate or equivalent law firm paralegal experience.
  • Experience supporting commercial real estate transactions and closings.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal technology platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing matters.
  • Prepare, review, and coordinate contracts, closing documents, title documents, and other transaction-related materials.
  • Conduct title review, due diligence investigations, legal research, and corporate research.
  • Coordinate closings and communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, opposing counsel, and other parties.
  • Manage post-closing activities, including recording, file maintenance, title policy review, and preparation of closing binders.
  • Assist with business entity formations, annual filings, corporate governance matters, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain organized and accurate client and transaction files.
  • Provide ongoing support to attorneys and the firm's commercial real estate practice.

  • Experience with legal practice management, document management, recording, closing, or trust accounting software.
