Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to provide substantive transactional support across commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financings, development projects, and leasing matters. This individual will play a key role in transaction management, title and survey review, due diligence, closing coordination, and post-closing activities while managing multiple active transactions and critical deadlines. The ideal candidate is a proactive, highly organized real estate professional who can independently manage sophisticated assignments while delivering accurate work product and exceptional client service.
This opportunity offers competitive compensation ranging from $80,000–$100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. The position offers hybrid flexibility, along with the opportunity to join a sophisticated transactional practice and work on complex commercial real estate matters from initial due diligence through closing and post-closing.
