Colliers in Phoenix seeks a Marketing and Transactions Coordinator (Client Services Coordinator) to support brokers and clients with marketing materials, pitch decks, and transaction communications from start to finish.

You will contribute to business development through marketing campaigns, proposal creation, document preparation, and high-quality client-facing support. Strong writing and presentation skills are essential, with 1–2+ years CRE experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Real Estate is preferred.
• 1–2+ years of marketing/administrative support experience within Commercial Real Estate.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign and MS Office suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and oral communication, plus strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Balance multiple activities and projects for multiple team members and track action items.
• Develop pitches and presentations for a range of clients for the broker team.
• Execute marketing campaigns, manage mailing lists, and generate reports.
• Update brokers’ transactions on websites and client portals for local and regional clients.
• Coordinate transaction processes, prepare deal sheets, invoices, and payment tracking.
