Our client in Cincinnati seeks an experienced Commercial Closing Agent to coordinate closings from commitment through post-closing. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, attorneys, lenders, and other parties, ensuring precise, efficient closings and exceptional client service.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of hands-on CRE closing experience, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with title production software.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of hands-on experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• Experience with title insurance, escrow, or commercial closings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with title production software is a plus.
• Strong organization, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; discretion with confidential information.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate all aspects of commercial real estate closings as the primary client contact.
• Prepare and issue title commitments, endorsements, and related title products.
• Draft and assemble closing documents, including settlement statements.
• Obtain title underwriter approvals and monitor risk tolerances.
• Coordinate escrow and settlement funds disbursement.
• Communicate status updates to clients via email, phone, and meetings.
• Maintain organized physical and electronic files.
• Prepare correspondence and reports to support closings and team goals.
