Job summary

LHH is seeking an experienced Real Estate Closings Specialist to manage all aspects of commercial real estate closings in Cincinnati. You will coordinate clients, attorneys, lenders, and other parties, ensuring accurate title work and timely deliverables.

The role requires 2+ years in CRE closings, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with title software. This on-site position offers competitive compensation and benefits with a focus on compliance and client service.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years hands-on experience in commercial real estate transactions, including title insurance, escrow, or commercial closings.
• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, paralegal studies, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with title production software (SoftPro, RamQuest) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of commercial real estate closings, serving as the primary contact for clients, attorneys, lenders, surveyors, and other parties.
• Prepare, review, and issue title insurance commitments, endorsements, policies, and related title products per underwriting guidelines.
• Draft and assemble closing documents, including settlement statements and escrow instructions.
• Obtain and maintain title underwriter approvals for complex matters, ensuring compliance with standards and risk tolerances.
• Coordinate receipt, disbursement, and reconciliation of escrow funds per instructions and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate with all stakeholders via email, phone, and in-person meetings, providing timely updates and resolving issues.
• Maintain well-organized physical and electronic transaction files per policies.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and other materials to facilitate closings and support team objectives.
