Job summary

Bluegrass Land Title, LLC is seeking a Closing Agent to coordinate with the Escrow Officer and team to ensure loans are cleared to close. The role involves scheduling closings, meeting buyers and sellers, and overseeing signings to finalize the sale.

Responsibilities include reviewing documents, facilitating signings, arranging disbursements, and handling post-closing tasks. The ideal candidate will be a college graduate with 3–5 years in title insurance and be willing to obtain an Ohio notary

Qualifications

• College graduate and 3-5 years of job experience in the title insurance field or related field.
• Must be (or be willing to apply to become) a licensed, Ohio notary.

Responsibilities

• Coords with Escrow Officer and team to ensure loans are cleared to close.
• Schedule closing with Escrow Officer and meet buyers, sellers, realtors, and loan officers.
• Disburse or arrange funds to seller/realtor; assist post-closing scanning and document handling.
• Review documentation prior to closing and ensure completeness.
• Handle remote or in-office closings and travel as needed.
• Explain owners policy and provide policy quote information.
