Job summary

Professional Alternatives seeks a Commercial Closing Agent in Cincinnati, onsite. You will coordinate closings, manage documents, and liaise with clients, attorneys, lenders, and underwriters to ensure precise, compliant transactions.

Role requires at least 2 years in commercial real estate closings, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and title software such as SoftPro or Qualia. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in commercial real estate transactions including title/escrow/closings.
• Strong written and verbal communication with client focus.
• Familiarity with title production software is a plus.
• Organized, detail oriented, able to manage multiple deals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all facets of commercial real estate closings and be primary client contact.
• Prepare and review title commitments, endorsements, and related documents.
• Draft and review closing documents including settlement statements.
• Obtain approvals from title underwriters and ensure compliance.
• Handle escrow funds per instructions and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain organized physical and electronic transaction files.
• Provide timely updates and resolve issues with stakeholders.
