3+ Years of Law Firm Experience Required
The ideal candidate has substantial experience handling commercial real estate closings and is comfortable working independently while supporting multiple transactions simultaneously. You will work closely with attorneys, clients, lenders, title companies, surveyors, and other transaction stakeholders to ensure deals close smoothly and efficiently.
3-5+ years of commercial real estate closing experience in a law firm environment
Strong knowledge of title, survey, escrow, recording, and closing procedures
Experience supporting commercial acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and refinancing transactions
Ability to independently manage multiple complex closings simultaneously
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and client service skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems
