Texas First Bank is seeking an experienced Loan Processor to specialize in real estate loans, disclosures, and loan documentation. You will coordinate closings, monitor activity in Salesforce, and handle calls and emails with speed and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of Real Estate loan processing experience preferred.
• Strong decision-making and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review credit applications and reports for accuracy and compliance with bank regulations.
• Prepare early disclosures required by federal regulators.
• Order title searches, appraisals/evaluations, and surveys from third-party vendors.
• Prepare documentation for new Real Estate loans, including modifications and extensions, using FLO and bank attorneys.
• Record loans and prepare general ledger tickets for funding.
• Review credit approval packages for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Communicate deficiencies to Production Officers and Lending Assistants and assist with corrections.
• Serve as primary contact for loan documentation questions from internal staff.
• Verify insurance coverage before closings and coordinate closings with Title Company.
• Provide payoff statements as needed and request lien releases from bank attorneys.
• Image and track customers’ financial information and prepare HMDA packages when required.
• Keep abreast of changes in bank procedures, policies, and regulations.
