What You'll Do

What You Need

• An active Texas real estate license (or plan to obtain one before starting)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset - you like building things and solving problems
• A genuine interest in helping businesses grow through smart real estate moves
• A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or real estate (or a real estate certificate/focus) is strongly preferred
• No prior commercial real estate experience required - we'll teach you everything
