Our team provides seamless service from origination through funding, helping deliver tailored financing solutions with speed, certainty and a high level of execution for multifamily commercial real estate clients.

The Analyst Real Estate Bridge Lending role is responsible for supporting the origination and underwriting of new commercial real estate bridge loans, the asset management of existing loans, and secondary capital markets transactions. The role provides financial analysis and due diligence to help the Real Estate Bridge Lending (REBL) team evaluate credit risk, monitor loan performance, and execute transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supports origination and transaction execution by coordinating with senior deal team members, borrowers, transaction counterparties, counsel, and other advisors. Tracks outstanding items and follows up to support completion of transaction milestones.
  • Assists with asset management of existing bridge loans by reviewing property financial statements, rent rolls, and business plan progress against underwriting assumptions. Updates asset summaries and communicates material variances or emerging credit concerns to senior team members.
  • Prepares credit committee presentations, asset reports, and responses to investor and corporate inquiries. Supports secondary capital markets transactions by compiling and reviewing loan information and coordinating transaction diligence and investor requests.
  • Monitors developments in commercial real estate and real estate capital markets nationwide. Evaluates and shares information relevant to property values, underwriting assumptions, and loan repayment prospects.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualification Requirements

  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills, including experience analyzing commonly used financial statements, preferred.
  • Broad knowledge of commercial real estate, basic understanding of legal and tax considerations, and ability to conduct thorough independent research preferred.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including professional client interactions and ability to communicate concepts concisely and support conclusions, preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to working in a collaborative environment with competing deadlines preferred.
  • High level proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, preferred.
