Job summary

Bridge is seeking a hands-on Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Analyst to support underwriting and credit by building and analyzing financial models, memorandums, and market data. The role is based in New York and is in-office, reporting to the Senior Vice President of CRE.

You will underwrite CRE deals, build models, prepare memos, and coordinate due diligence while collaborating with product, data, and partnerships to scale a fintech platform.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of CRE finance experience across debt, equity, or investment sales.
• Proficient in Excel modeling of cash flows, budgets, and market data.
• Strong writing and presentation skills for memos and decks.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite CRE deals across permanent, transitional, bridge, and construction financing.
• Build, audit, and maintain detailed Excel models and market data.
• Prepare credit memos with model, data, and structure recommendations.
• Coordinate due diligence, data rooms, and deliverables with clients and lenders.
• Collaborate with Product and Data to refine templates and QA tools.
