Responsibilities

• Complete Matthews™ University training program to gain expertise in commercial real estate sales and brokerage.
• Participate in the Matthews™ Mentor/Mentee Program for hands-on guidance in early career years.
• Proactively reach out to commercial property owners to build relationships and identify opportunities to transact, lease, or finance assets.
• Develop expertise in property valuation, market research, and investment analysis, including returns and metrics.
• Confidently initiate and follow up outreach to investors and clients.
• Leverage Artemis and Apollo to manage leads and track performance.
• Collaborate closely with Market Leaders and top producers in a high energy, team-oriented environment.
