• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred.
• Ability to obtain a real estate salesperson license within 120 days of start date.
• Be prepared for high-volume outreach (100+ cold calls daily) and fast-paced learning.
• Demonstrates coachability and desire for personal growth.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and resilience are essential.

Responsibilities

• Complete Matthews intensive training program.
• Become expert in commercial real-estate analysis/brokerage.
• Relentlessly reach out to owners of commercial real-estate.
• Maintain detailed records of activity in Matthews’ proprietary CRM system.
• Utilize Matthews’ tools and technology to win business and build relationships.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, team-selling environment with a Regional Manager and Sr. Associate.

This position with Matthews™ is currently available, but only for a select few highly motivated, determined and fearless individuals with an entrepreneur’s mindset. The objective of the Sales Associate is to outwork the competition and leverage Matthews’ best-in‑class platform to win business from and build long‑term relationships with investment property owners. Associates thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑energy, collaborative environment. Working within a team‑selling environment, alongside a Regional Sales Manager and Sr. Sales Associate, with primary responsibilities to generate tremendous amounts of revenue and build a career.
