Responsibilities

• Support complex commercial real estate and multifamily housing transactions from start to finish.
• Assist with acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, joint ventures, and financing matters.
• Draft, review, and revise real estate agreements, closing documents, and ancillary transaction materials.
• Coordinate due diligence and closings with clients, lenders, and outside counsel.
• Collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys on high-value, fast-moving deals.
