Responsibilities

• Lead complex commercial real estate transactions from diligence through closing.
• Negotiate, draft, and review complex real estate agreements and contracts.
• Represent clients in all aspects of CRE transactions, including due diligence and closing.
• Advise clients on debt and equity financing and negotiate terms.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals to serve clients fully.
• Keep current on CRE law trends and developments and advise accordingly.
• Engage in business development to grow firm client base.

Job Details

As a Senior Transactional Commercial Real Estate Attorney/Partner, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Senior level experience in commercial real estate sales, financing, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, development and drafting and negotiating joint venture agreements
2. Negotiating, drafting, and reviewing complex commercial real estate agreements and contracts.
3. Representing clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including due diligence, negotiation, contract preparation, and finalizing of transactions.
4. Advising clients on debt and equity financing matters, and structuring and negotiating financial terms.
5. Collaborating with other attorneys and professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to client service.
6. Keeping abreast of current trends and legal developments in commercial real estate law and advising clients accordingly.
7. Engaging in business development activities to expand the firm's client base and reputation in the commercial real estate sector.
