We are seeking an experienced attorney to join our growing commercial real estate practice. In this role, we handle a broad range of complex transactions for business clients, investors, developers, lenders, and property owners. We value attorneys who can independently manage sophisticated matters, provide practical legal guidance, and build lasting client relationships. Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing
  • Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, financing documents, development agreements, and related transactional documents
  • Advise clients on due diligence, title matters, land use considerations, regulatory compliance, and risk management
  • Coordinate with lenders, consultants, government agencies, and other stakeholders throughout transactions
  • Structure and negotiate complex real estate investments and financing arrangements
  • Provide strategic legal counsel regarding acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and financing matters
  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships while supporting business development initiatives
  • Mentor and collaborate with junior attorneys and other members of the legal team
Qualifications

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment
  • Portable business is highly desirable but not required
