Job summary

Netflix is seeking a Program Manager to lead Commercial Readiness for the Measurement, Finance, and Campaign Reporting domains. You will own end-to-end launch execution, drive cross-functional change management, and translate product capabilities into scalable workflows across global markets.

You will collaborate with Sales, MP&O, Product, and Ops to ensure timely adoption and strong operational readiness, shaping training and rollout strategies for a fast-paced, evolving advertising environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the advertising industry; 5+ years leading cross-functional programs.
• Experience launching Ad Sales products and ensuring operational readiness.
• Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and drive execution across diverse stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end commercial readiness and launch execution for Measurement, Finance and Campaign Reporting.
• Drive change management including documentation, communication, and enablement inputs.
• Lead cross-functional alignment on commercialization strategy and end-user positioning.
• Translate product capabilities into scalable operational workflows and oversee UAT.
• Establish feedback loops with business users and Product to surface friction and gaps.
• Partner with Enablement to align training and rollout strategies.
