Job summary

Netflix is seeking a Program Manager to lead Commercial Readiness for the Measurement & Finance product domain. This role sits at the center of product and sales, ensuring new capabilities are operationalized, adopted, and scaled across global markets.

You will own end-to-end readiness for Measurement, Finance, and Campaign Reporting, collaborating with Sales, MP&O, Product, and other teams to drive structured launch execution and effective change management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in advertising with cross-functional leadership experience.
• Proven track record delivering complex initiatives in dynamic environments.
• Experience launching Ad Sales products and operational readiness, including workflows and comms.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end commercial readiness and launch execution for Measurement, Finance and Campaign Reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, MP&O, Measurement, Ad Ops, Product, and cross-functional teams to drive change management.
• Drive documentation, communication, and enablement inputs for rollouts.
• Align commercialization strategy and end-user positioning across teams.
• Lead forums to surface risks, unblock decisions, and maintain momentum.
• Translate product capabilities into scalable operational workflows.
• Coordinate UAT and validate end-to-end workflows for production readiness.
• Establish feedback loops with business users and Product to surface friction and gaps.
• Partner with Enablement to align training and rollout strategies.
