Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Commercial QA/QC Specialist based in Michigan to join our team. You will perform energy audits on complex commercial buildings, apply standards, and provide technical solutions with limited supervision.

Travel within a defined territory is required; candidates must reside in Michigan to be considered and demonstrate strong QA/QC and training capabilities. Competitive compensation is offered with a bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school or associate degree with relevant cert/training.
• 4-8 years of experience preferred.
• Strong QA/QC knowledge and energy auditing skills.

Responsibilities

• Train field staff and develop training materials per client specs.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and energy audits of commercial buildings.
• Provide input on project scope, planning and product effectiveness.
• Provide technical expertise to identify and resolve issues.

Job Description

Candidates must reside in Michigan to be considered. We are looking for a talented individual… To join our team as a Commercial QA/QC Specialist. You will provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope, complexity and set standards. Work independently with little supervision. Contribute to completion of milestones associated with specific projects. Frequent use and application of technical standards, principles, theories, concepts and techniques. Frequent inter-organizational and outside customer/contractor contacts - working towards achieving SME (Subject Matter Expert) status.

• Train field staff and develop training materials and guidelines on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement in accordance with client specifications.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and energy audits of complex and large scale commercial buildings. Complete on-site verifications and electronic review of field data entered into program database.
• Provide input and status updates to program staff regarding project scope, planning and effectiveness of products.
• Provide technical expertise to identify, analyze and resolve issues.
• Travel throughout a defined territory

Target Compensation

Target Compensation:$50,000 / annually + bonus

Compensation Range

Compensation Range $48,800.00 - $66,300.00Currency USDType SalaryAny offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
