CLEAResult is seeking a QA&QC Specialist to act as a local on-site program representative. You will install energy-efficient equipment, perform energy audits, conduct verifications, and support Account Managers in promoting retrofits or new construction. Travel within a defined territory is required.

Ideal candidates have 4–8 years of experience and an educational background in a related field. DOT requirements may apply, and compensation is hourly based on market data.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in energy efficiency QA/QC.
• High school or Associate degree with relevant certification/training preferred.
• DOT requirements may apply and compliance with transportation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct QA reviews and on-site residential energy audits (verifications).
• Review field data in program databases and provide technical guidance to installation teams.

Acts as local on-site program and company representative to residential customers. Install energy efficient equipment, conduct energy efficiency (re)audits, pre- and post-installation verifications and other technical data gathering activities through a defined territory. Support Account Managers in their efforts to influence stakeholders to sell and/or install energy efficiency retrofits or new construction. Provides technical advice, guidance and training on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement in accordance with client specifications.
