CLEAResult is seeking a Commercial QA/QC Specialist to provide technical solutions, set standards, and work independently on projects in Michigan. The role involves training field staff, performing energy audits, and on-site verifications while coordinating with program staff.

The ideal candidate has a high school or associate degree with relevant certification, 4–8 years of experience, and willingness to travel across a defined territory.

Responsibilities

• Train field staff and develop training materials on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement per client specs.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and energy audits of large commercial buildings.
• Complete on-site verifications and electronic review of field data in the program database.
• Provide input to program staff on scope, planning and product effectiveness.

You will provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope, complexity and set standards. Work independently with little supervision. Contribute to completion of milestones associated with specific projects. Frequent use and application of technical standards, principles, theories, concepts and techniques. Provide input and status updates to program staff regarding project scope, planning and effectiveness of products. Provide technical expertise to identify, analyze and resolve issues. • Target Compensation: $50,000 / annually + bonus
• DOT Requirements If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

Compensation Range $48,800.00 - $66,300.00 Currency USD Type Salary Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example. CLEAResult will not provide sponsorship or support for immigration status or work authorization including for international students.
