Job summary

CLEAResult is hiring a QA&QC Specialist to act as the local on-site company representative with residential customers. You will install energy-efficient equipment, conduct (re)audits, perform verifications, and gather technical data across a defined territory, supporting Account Managers to promote retrofits or new construction.

You will provide technical advice and training per client specs and troubleshoot issues.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of QA/QC or related energy-efficiency experience.
• High school diploma or Associate’s degree; relevant certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct QA reviews and on-site energy audits; review field data in the program database.
• Provide technical guidance on installation and configuration per client specs.
• Update program staff on project scope, planning, and product effectiveness.
• Apply technical expertise to identify, analyze, and resolve issues.
• Travel within a defined territory.

Job Description

To join our team as a QA&QC Specialist. Acts as local on-site program and company representative to residential customers. Install energy efficient equipment, conduct energy efficiency (re)audits, pre- and post-installation verifications and other technical data gathering activities through a defined territory. Support Account Managers in their efforts to influence stakeholders to sell and/or install energy efficiency retrofits or new construction. Provides technical advice, guidance and training on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement in accordance with client specifications. Troubleshoots technical problems and issues, and recommends solutions.
